OILES 300 is a special type of oilless bearing in which the porous
structure resulting from the cast iron growth phenomenon is effectively utilized to contain lubricant oil therein.
OILES 300 시리즈는 oil을 함유하기 위해 주철 성장 현상을 이용한 다공성 구조를 가진다.
1. Features (특징)
- The number of lubrication can be reduced drastically compared to a gun
metal bearing
금속 베어링에 비해 윤활량을 적게 할 수 있다.
- Lubricant oil being contained in porosities, an oil film can be stably
maintained improving resistance to wear
윤활유는 기공에 포함되고, 윤활막은 내마모성을 향상시킨다.
- No limitation for motion style and sliding surface
운동 형태와 미끄럼 면에 대한 제약이 없다.
- Capable to manufacture larger sized products compared with
oil-impregnated sintered bearing
오일 함유 소결 베어링에 비해 큰 크기의 제품 제작이 가능
